Convoy of Hope is actively engaged in bringing relief and hope to the hurting families and individuals around the world. Fundraising Ideas for Schools
Your school or class can raise funds that will help Convoy of Hope bring life changing supplies such as food, water, cleaning supplies, and water filters to the people around the world. While the donation of specific food products sounds appealing to many, Convoy of Hope has the capacity to leverage $1 into $7 worth of food and products through our corporate partnerships. Convoy of Hope has received the highest endorsement from the leading charity ranking organization (http://www.charitynavigator.org).
Here are a couple fundraising ideas:
Coin drives are a great way for classes to raise funds and are relatively easy to manage.
Selling specially labeled bottles of water at school events. You can have students design and print the labels so people know where their donations are going.
“Schools across the country have held pancake breakfasts, hosted “hat days” where students paid to wear their favorite hats to school, held craft sales, bake sales, hosted benefit concerts, dances and more.
